How can I make the order?

After communicating with our sales and deciding to pay, our sales will draft the order via Paypal or Alibaba.com according to the PI.

Then you could make payment and we will arrange to send the products after receiving the total amount.

When will my order ship?

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time

1-3 days to prepare your products if there is stock in warehouse and factory, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items.

20-60 days to prepare your prducts which need to customize, and our sales will continue to synchronize the factory production progress with you.

Shipping Time

Arrives in 3-7 business days if shipped from warehouse or shipped by express and flight from factory.

Arrives in 30-45 business days if shipped from factory by sea and train.

How do I check the status of my order?

Our salesperson will inform you of the tracking number within 24 hours after the goods are shipped so that you can check the logistics information.

Please note that there will be a delay if the products are shipped by sea.

Do you have after-sale service?

Yes, we do. 

Usually we can provide One year warranty. If the unused product you receive is damaged due to transportation or product quality problems, we will provide you with free reissue of goods and accessories, or refund service.

At the same time, our technicians will also provide remote product assistance.
